The game consists mainly of your human characters shooting at aliens. These include a range of species including armoured mechanical soldiers, advanced four armed beings and animalistic vicious clawed beings. Not all shooting produces real to life reactions but some scenes show more realistic responses to the violence. During multiplayer modes in particular it is possible to kill humans wearing futuristic armour, they react and die as you would expect in real life and their bodies can be seen on the ground before characters ‘re-spawn’.
