This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards fantasy characters. Players use an arsenal of weapons to kill dinosaurs in the game. In one scene, a dinosaur can be lured into rotating fan blades, causing blood to spray onto nearby surfaces, killing the creature. This game also contains strong, realistic violence to human characters. In the game, the player can be hurt and killed by various types of dinosaurs. When hurt, blood effects appear on the impact of attacks with the protagonist grunting and stumbling back when struck. After dying, a short cutscene will play, showing the protagonist perishing before the screen cuts to red.

This game also features strong gory images and sustained horror sequences. Frequent jump scares are accompanied by suspenseful music. Dismembered and mutilated corpses are also seen on multiple occasions. The corpses remain bloody, and severed legs and arms can be seen beside them.
