Rating issues

Cars feature a somewhat realistic damage model with fenders breaking off, cracked windows and all kinds of mechanical damage. There are spectators next to the track but as soon as the player drives into them the screen fades to black and is penalized with a time penalty. The actual collision with these spectators is not depicted.
