Violence in the game is restricted to being an observer watching other characters carrying out grisly actions, such as a dog chewing on the head of a human character, each action of chewing causes some blood splatter. This is followed up by the same dog eating a small dog. Further into the game whilst the player is in nursing home visiting an old woman, the player’s character completes the task of turning on the electricity and finds himself witnessing a character feeding the corpse of a dead patient into a large mincing machine, out of which appears large volumes of blood and guts.
The dialogue in the game also includes the use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
