The violence in the game ranges from the moderate to gross, dependent upon the type of weapon that the player’s character is using. Standard ballistic weapons will cause the death of a character, but it does invariably take a number of hits before a character dies. Once killed it is still possible to inflict further damage using any of the weapons currently available, this will result in the flesh of the character dissolving leaving a bloody skeleton behind. As the destructive capability of a weapon increases the level of damage that can be caused increases exponentially, to the point that limbs can be shot or cut off, all such incidents are accompanied by lots of blood effects.
The game dialogue contains instances of the use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
