The violence depicted is typical for this genre of game, masses of closely packed characters forever moving forward in a number of waves resulting in lots of blood and gore. Characters that are killed very quickly disappear from view, there is no blood staining left behind.

The dialogue contains the frequent use of the sexual expletive ‘fuck’ and derivations of the word.
