The opening cinematic shows a knight(human-like) fighting small Orc-like characters, from behind a much larger Orc uses a sword to cut the head off the knight. The head disappears from view and the knight’s body falls to the ground. There is a small spurt of blood. from the neck. The violence is realistic, but falls short of being gross.
