This is a side-scrolling action game in which players play as one of five extravagant fishermen who use dynamite instead of a fishing rod. In each level, players sail across the surface of the water and chuck sticks of dynamite into the fish infested ocean below them. Using various power-ups and special weapons, players strive to earn the highest scores and unlock the best items.

Though the setting is very cartoon-like and humorous, the action is very chaotic and too heavy for young children. Features over-the-top action in the form of gun turrets, heavy explosions and electrocutions, all aimed at various types of fish, as well as the human-like main characters.
