Rating issues

The game features frequent realistic violence, in a sporting context, which is similar to that found in real-life UFC matches. Players can strike each other using a range of blows, including punches and kicks, and characters may bleed if they are repeatedly struck in the same body area. Opponents can be knocked unconscious and there may be sight of swelling and other injuries. All violence occurs within the rules of the sport.

There is also use of strong language (‘fuck’, ‘motherfucker’), both during the game itself and in music, as well as use of milder terms including ‘pussy’, ‘dick’ and ‘shit’.

Other issues

This game offers players the opportunity to purchase in-game UFC points, using real money, which can then be used in the Fight Store to purchase items such as Vanity, Fighters, and Fighter Variants, as well as bundles. Points may also be used to bypass challenges in the Pay-per-view Fight Week [PPVFW] feature. Some parents or carers may want to be aware of this. Parents, carers or other responsible adults should check to see what is being offered before making any purchase on behalf of a child. It should be noted that the game can still be played without the need to purchase such items.
