This game features strong violence. Violence during gameplay typically occurs during turn-based battles between human and fantasy characters. Damage is shown using numbers and there is no visible blood or injury detail. However, cinematic sequences feature stronger violence, such as a human woman being impaled through her chest with a large spike.

Other issues

There is sight of human corpses lying on the floor, without clear injury detail. When characters are infected by disease, they transform into twisted and deformed creatures, which may be disturbing to younger children.

The game also includes infrequent use of bad language (‘bastard’, ‘bloody’, ‘bullshit’ and ‘goddamn’).
