This game contains frequent depictions of non-realistic violence set in a child-friendly setting. All the violence present in the game is slapstick in nature. The player must enter burning buildings and rescue a designated number of civilians. The player can pick up and throw humans whilst removing them from the buildings. When they are thrown, their bodies become limp and they fall to the ground in a ragdoll-like fashion. They remain on the floor for a few seconds before getting back up with no injuries. If a civilian is killed either by fire, falling a large distance or by being attacked by the player, they do not have any audible reaction, and instead immediately become a cartoon skeleton which falls to the floor.
