Rating issues

The game contains realistic violence towards human characters with some getting shot and collapsing realistically with a wound. There are also a couple of characters who are killed by cutting their throats but there is no gore and blood is minimal.

The game also contains the word “fuck” and its derivatives.

Other issues

There are multiple scenes of gruesome injury to corpses such as symbols carved into the chests and an arm with missing skin which shows a graphic wound. There is also a dismembered and bloody hand.
