The majority of violence is non-realistic, with damage being shown using numbers and a reduction in health. Once characters are defeated they fall to the ground and then disappear. However, cutscenes feature stronger and more realistic violence, including a person being attacked by a possessed character who uses claw-like hands to slash at her body, with blood effects and the sound of screams. The player’s character’s arm is also severed below the elbow. While the moment of injury is not shown, the aftermath is depicted, including sight of the severed hand and stump, with blood flowing from the wounds. Afterwards, a prosthetic takes the place of the missing limb.

The dialogue includes use of strong language (‘fuck’ and ‘motherfucker’).
