Rating issues

In Duke Nukem 3D, bullet impacts result in small blood effects. However, the use of large calibre weapons immediately reduces characters to a pile of pixelated unidentifiable bloody parts, which remain in view for the entire time the player remains in that location.

Other issues

Duke Nukem 3D includes a red-light area featuring scantily clad female characters gyrating on raised podiums. These dancers can also be shot.
