This game contains depictions of arcade style violence showing blood and gore. Players can shoot and kill humans and animal characters, causing them to fall to the ground in pools of blood. Cutscenes depict stronger violence, with one scene depicting a man gouging out his eye with a key.

The game also features the use of bad language including ‘whore’.

This game contains some scenes of self-harm.
