This game was rated PEGI 18 for strong violence towards animal and human characters and strong language. 18 rated scenes include one in which a man is strapped to a metal bedframe, which is wired to an electric battery, and shocked while he is interrogated. One mission, set within the compound of a sadistic interrogator, asks the player to take photographic evidence of his various horrific torture techniques. There are repeated instances of violence towards innocent hostages who are beaten, burnt and shot at while restrained.

Violence is strong and realistic, featuring believable blood and sound effects, inflicted by melee, automatic and explosive weaponry. The player can direct this violence towards both animal and human characters, including innocents.

Strong language includes ‘fuck’, featured reasonably frequently, and ‘cunt’, used twice.
