The game features frequent realistic looking violence. Several characters are shot or stabbed in cut scenes, and players can also equip their characters with guns, swords and whips during gameplay, all with realistic and bloody effects. In one scene, a young woman rushes towards an enemy, impaling herself on a drill. The drill retracts and she falls to the ground, her hands and face bloodied.

With battle raging throughout the game, large quantities of human bodies, including some of children, can be seen strewn about in various settings.
