Rating issues

This game contains depictions of graphic violence to fantasy characters. One scene depicts a character being captured, dragged and restrained on a table in a surgery room. The character is then branded with a laser while it struggles and cries out in pain.

There is also strong and realistic violence to humans. During cutscenes, the player sees the antagonist stabbing, slashing, and killing humans and others on multiple occasions. Large amounts of blood are shown in these scenes, with some injury detail.

Other issues

There are references to suicide with some characters seen walking off bridges to their death.
