This game follows on from the third episode and requires episode one in order to play; the whole series features scenes of strong violence and frequent use of strong language. The game features very frequent use of the words ‘fuck’ and ‘fucking’. This episode features violence against a vulnerable and defenceless character, when a child is held by the neck and threatened with a sharp prong; after pricking his face, his captor then throws him to the ground. Episode one features bloody violence, including a scene in which character is flayed and another where a character is forcefully held down and has his fingers cut off.
