This game features moderate violence towards animal characters. Some sections feature poachers chasing and shooting at a family of gibbons. When a gibbon is hit, it falls down to the ground realistically and lies still. Gibbons may also encounter forest fires. If a gibbon touches the flames, it will call out in panic, become engulfed in flames, and then fall to the ground. When gibbons are killed, the screen quickly fades to black and you respawn at a checkpoint. There are no blood effects or visible injuries, although these sequences can be fairly intense.
