This game contains sustained depictions of death towards both human-like and fantasy characters. The primary goal of the game is for the player to kill waves of enemies with their firearms. Numbers appear on impact of attacks, indicating the amount of damage inflicted. Characters let out pained cries when being attacked, although no visible injuries are ever shown. When characters have been defeated they either explode into a cloud of smoke or realistically fall to the floor and quickly disappear. The player features a health bar which is visible at the bottom of the screen, as the player takes damage the health bar will deplete, blood splatters will appear on the screen and your character will breathe laboriously. If the player is defeated, they will fall to the floor with no visible injuries and the level will end.
