Hand of Fate 2

The game was rated PEGI 16 for realistic violence towards human characters. Not appropriate for persons below 16 years of age.
As in the original Hand of Fate, adventurers explore a dark fantasy world built from collectible cards distributed by a magical dealer in a meta board game. Each overturned card reveals a new trial: third-person combat, high-risk high-reward minigames or Table top RPG-style decision making.

Combat involves the use of swords, axes, magic spells and fire. When hit by a bladed weapon a character (human and fantasy) will recoil, however more often than not death is not instantaneous and can involve a number of strikes before that objective is achieved. Each strike to the body will cause blood splatters to be seen.

There are instances during gameplay when a human character will die after just one or two strikes. An example would be when a character is hit in the chest with a large axe, the character will be seen to fall backwards, blood splatters appear and the body falls to the ground. Consequently the violence is deemed to be realistic looking.

If struck by fire, the character will be set ablaze however, it will continue to run around and fight. The character does not visibly suffer any ill effects from the flames which disappear after a short period of time.
