Violence is non-realistic. When shot, robot enemies will either explode or have their heads blown off, leaving a blue light emanating from the neck, where you can attach your head. When your character is shot and the body is destroyed, the head will just detach itself and fly off. When the head is shot, sparks fly off it; then on the final hit, the whole screen turns a rainbow colour and your head respawns.
