Contains frequent strong violence, in the game you must assassinate targets and this can be done in various ways, from killing them with a gun, slitting throat with a knife or choking them with a pianowire. But you can also kill innocent people. There is also a frequent use of sexual expletives like Fuck, Fucking, limpdick etc.

Other issues

There is also sexual content present, like in one scene a woman strips to seduce agent 47, or you see a dominatrix handling the sheriff.
