This game features graphic violence towards human-like characters. Impacts result in large amounts of blood, and in some cases the player’s character can dismember and decapitate zombies.

The game also features depictions of sexual nudity. Players can unlock costumes for their character which feature nudity, including breasts and non-detailed genitals.

The game also includes use of bad language, such as ‘bitch’.
