The game features constant gruesome violence in a pixelated 2D style, with basic and blocky characters. At the beginning of the game, the playable character enters several apartments and murders everyone inside. In the final room, he knocks a female character into a pool of her own blood before climbing on top of her and lowering his trousers, while she struggles beneath him. This is later revealed to be part of an in-game movie scene.
