Rating issues

The game’s dialogue includes use of strong language (‘fuck’), as well as milder terms such as ‘shit’.

Other issues

During gameplay, the player’s character can obtain an in-game benefit by extracting one of his teeth. There is no blood or pain noises and the action is not required to progress in the game. There is also a scene in which a person is shot and blood is seen pooling around the hand of the victim.
