Rating issues

This game features strong violence, including sight of human characters being dismembered and decapitated, with sight of blood and body parts. However, the arcade nature of the gameplay and the cartoon art style reduce the impact of the violence.

Other issues

There is use of bad language (‘bloody’). There is also sight of characters smoking cigarettes and cigars, although the player’s character cannot engage in this.
