The majority of the violence is moderate and realistic. Knife attacks are used quite extensively in the melee mode. There are occasions in a melee when the knife is thrust up through underside of the chin into the head of a character, withdrawn and then plunged into the brow area between the eyes. Other styles of knife attack involve inserting a knife into the eye socket of the victim. Again, this is accompanied with large amounts of blood effects. Vulnerable / defenceless and innocent human characters can be killed for no reason. Game also features at least one use of a sexual expletive.
