Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

This game has received a PEGI 18 which restricts availability to ADULTS ONLY and is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. This rating has been given because it features graphic violence, violence against vulnerable and defenceless characters, use of strong language, and the encouragement of use of controlled substances.
Medieval role-playing sequel in which players once again take control of Henry as he travels across the kingdom of Bohemia to avenge his parents and put a stop to King Sigismund’s tyrannical reign.

Rating issues

This game features graphic violence, including people’s throats being slit from behind with accompanying sight of blood. There are also instances of violence towards restrained characters, who are seen being caned and branded with irons as punishments for their crimes. In one mission, a character is tortured for information, with the player’s character able to deliver blows to the restrained man and use pliers on him, although the latter is implied rather than explicitly depicted. Players can also kill or injure innocent characters.

There is use of strong language, including ‘cunt’ and ‘fuck’.

Players are able to choose to consume alcohol, as well as being encouraged to drink as part of some quests. There is a ‘drinking’ skill progression in which drinking more alcohol results in perks.

Other issues

The player’s character can engage in sexual activity with other characters. There is some sight of female breasts and buttocks but no sight of genitals.

The player’s character may encounter dead bodies, with some sight of gore, such as exposed intestines. Hanged bodies may also be encountered, with dialogue alluding to suicide, although suicide is not shown.

In one scene, a woman is seen being restrained while men attempt to kiss and undress her against her will. The woman is saved before anything further happens.
