This game features motiveless killing of multiple innocent human characters. One scene in particular shows a group of elderly characters trying to enter a city. They are then told they would be a burden to the city and their families as they are old and sickly. They are then lined up and executed by a firing squad. Blood splatters and some giblets are shown on impact, although the bodies remain intact. This game also contains the use of sexual expletives, variations on the word “fuck” can be found throughout.
