Rating issues
This game contains depictions of graphic violence towards fantasy characters. Some scenes depict human-like mannequins attacking and killing each other in extreme ways such as impalement or dismemberment, resulting in large amounts of blood.
There are intense and sustained horror sequences throughout this game. Every chapter contains a feeling of imminent dread, with jump scares and disturbing imagery. Ghostly beings appear out of nowhere and pursue the player with the threat of being killed if caught, and there are scenes where the player will find “dead” mannequins that are covered in blood.
This game also contains use of strong language including ‘fuck’. Milder bad language is also featured including ‘bastard’, ‘goddamn’, ‘shit’ and ‘piss’.
Other issues
There is a scene where a character appears to end their own life, but there is no resulting blood or injury. The boy falls to the floor, appearing dead, before a curtain rises and an audience cheers, revealing it was all an act.
References to drugs and alcohol can be found throughout the game, where players may pick up bottles of alcohol or a bag of cannabis, resulting in a voiceover relating to the object. No characters are seen consuming these substances and the player cannot interact further.
