This game features scenes of bloody violence. When human characters are hit with bladed weapons, large splashes of blood are shown. These splashes of blood continue until the character is defeated, at which point the character falls to the ground and remain visible for the remainder of the level. When large fantasy characters, such as ogres, are stabbed or speared, blood effects are also shown. These characters lie in pools of blood when defeated. It is possible to decapitate some of the fantasy characters, causing blood to spurt from their necks, although this is shown from a distance and lacks realistic detail.

The backdrop to the game sometimes shows humans who have been hanged, as well as sight of human heads on posts. There are text and images referring to cannibalism.
