A story driven action adventure game which is part of the “LEGO Dimensions” franchise. The game follows the plot of the movie “Ghostbusters”. The player joins the LEGO ghostbusters team on a mission to end the invasion of ghosts in to the city. General gameplay will consist of puzzle elements mixed with combat sequences.

Rating issues

Fantastical characters can be “blasted” with a laser rifle. Like in the movies, ghosts can occasionally be trapped in a cage after being blasted for long enough. The fantastical creatures will flinch upon being hit. If defeated, characters may fall apart into small LEGO pieces.

The game centres around ghastly creatures and these are riddled throughout gameplay, often popping up when a player approaches a certain object or puzzle. In the first cut scene a jump scare is depicted. The scenes described above are likely to be scary to young children.
