This game was rated PEGI 7 because it contains non-realistic violence towards fantasy characters, non-realistic violence set in a child-friendly setting or context and pictures or sounds likely to be scary to younger children.
A story driven action adventure game which follows the plots of both “The Avengers” and “Avengers: Age of Ultron” movies. The game includes Lego characters of the Avengers team, along with many others heroes, who have to stop an evil mastermind.

Rating issues

All the violence in this game is directed at Lego characters. You have the ability to perform take-down actions which are a bit more severe than the general violence. The normal attacks consists of punches, shooting lasers and other projectiles towards the enemy. Upon impact characters flinch. When they defeated, they fall apart into small Lego pieces which disappear after a short time. The game features a bunch of scary bad guys which could frighten younger children.

Other issues

The cut-scenes in this game follow the Avenger movies. The violence in these cut-scenes are a bit more severe than the general gameplay, but still at the PEGI 7 level.
