The game features scenes of realistic and sometimes fatal violence. In an early scene, a girl is pushed to a wall by a boy with a gun; she pushes back at him and the gun goes off, shooting her in the stomach. This is the worst of the violence, but other scenes see the same boy headbutting his peer and then grabbing a girl by the neck.

In a later scene, one of the main characters is seen smoking marijuana. The game also features frequent use of the word ‘fuck’ and derivatives of it.
