This game features moderate violence. The player’s character is armed with a lance that can deliver different types of magic. When other characters are hit, there is a flash and numbers appear, before they eventually disappear when their health is reduced. Mannequins can be armed with swords or large scissors which are used in a stabbing motion, although the damage that they inflict is non-realistic looking. One of the boss characters is a haunted suit of armour wielding a large sword and is able to damage and defeat the player’s character. However, there are no blood effects or visible injuries.
