This game has been rated PEGI 12 for depictions of non-realistic looking violence towards human-like characters. Not suitable for persons under 12 years of age.
It is the final chapter of the series and a compilation including the “Slayer” chapter from Malicious and the “Rebirth” chapter from Malicious Rebirth. Players take on the role of a Slayer who will fight to defeat the calamity known as “Malicious,” which will descend when the malice of the people gathers together.

Rating issues

This game features non-realistic looking violence towards human and fantasy characters. Bright lights and magical effects are shown on impact of attacks, and reactions to the violence are unrealistic with little to no reaction. The human character flashes bright red when taking damage, and when he is defeated he dissolves away from the battle. Various weapons are used by the characters throughout the game, mainly melee weapons such as swords, spears and axes.
