Psychological horror game, set in Italy during the Second World War, in which the player takes on the role of a woman whose twin sister has died in suspicious circumstances.

Rating issues

There are sequences of graphic violence and suicide, including sight of a wrist being cut and a person hanging by the neck.

The game also includes use of strong language (‘fuck’).

Other issues

The game features various strong gory images, including the skin being peeled from a corpse’s face and a foetus being cut from a dead body. It also contains disturbing sequences, including a puppet show in which the marionettes re-enact scenes of murder and abuse of children and animals. In one scene it is implied that a restrained character is being tortured. There are verbal references to sexual violence.
