MLB 16 is a baseball simulation game. Players can manage and play a large variety of Major League Baseball teams in various game modes (e.g. Road to the Show, Franchise, Home Run Derby). Gameplay boils down to timing as players will be presented with a gauge that fills up. When timed correctly, the gauge will be full which enables players to either pitch or bat successfully.
