Game environment is black, grey and dimly lit and during the course of the game the character can, if it fails to jump correctly, fall into industrial machinery that shreds wooden tree trunks. The machinery is set in a vertical position. If the character falls into the machine, it will disappear from view and although there are buzz saw noises, and no audible screams of pain or agony. From the base of the machine cartoon-like indistinct chunks of the character and blood are seen and the level quickly ends.

There are also scenes in which adolescent characters are seen enclosed in spherical tubes which are part of an experiment. None appear to have been subjected to violence. There is also one scene in which an adolescent boy character is seen suspended from a noose. This is seen in the background and although visible and identifiable it is not detailed.
