The strongest violence is shown when you encounter one of your co-workers who has mutated with the plant life and has a series of extra, alien appendages and tentacles protruding from her form. As she grabs you and tries to reach for your face with her mandibles, you drive your crowbar through her mouth and out of the back of her head. Blood spray effects are shown but she retreats down into her burrow before you can see any graphic wounds.
Offensive language, sexual expletives and blasphemies such as “asshole”, “bastard”, “dick”, “fuck”, “God dammit”, “Jesus fucking Christ” and “shit” are frequently used throughout the game.
