Moxxi’s Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, is the first campaign add-on for Borderlands 3 and focusses on Moxxi, the fancy-hatted ringmaster of Borderlands’ Underdome. This time around, she’s assembling a crew to plunder the derelict space station casino of the title – one “packed with unique zones worthy of Handsome Jack’s lavish lifestyle and dirty dealings” but now on full lockdown following his untimely demise.

Rating issues

This game contains frequent depictions of gross violence towards human-like characters. Some of the more powerful weapons found in the game can cause enemies to be decapitated and dismembered. These attacks are paired with strong blood and gore effects which cause pools of blood and body parts to build up on the floor. This game contains use of sexual expletives. The word “fuck” and its derivatives can be found throughout. This game also contains moving images that encourage the use of games of chance.
