Game contains unrealistic looking violence towards human characters. Characters glow red or white when hit with sometimes over exaggerated reactions. Also enemies disappear when killed. The game also produces black blood blotches on the screen when your character is hit. Game also contains the words ‘damn’ and ‘hell’.

The game also features mild sexual innuendo and semi naked characters in the ‘hot spring’ part of the game.
