Rating issues

When karts are hit, they spin or tumble around but the character inside is not visibly hurt. Violence is very mild and takes place in a colourful, childlike setting.

Other issues

One of the racetracks has a Haunted House-theme, but it is never very scary due to to the overall atmosphere of the game.
