Rating issues

This game contains graphic violence, notably a cut scene in which a human character is speared through the chest with a long spike, pinning them in an upright position. This results in copious blood loss and there is some focus on the violence. Violence during gameplay involves combat with a variety of enemy characters, including decapitation, dismemberment, blood and gore.

The game also includes frequent use of strong language (‘fuck’ and ‘cocksucking’).
