This is a third person perspective action game set in various locations, rural and urban, around the world. The player can choose between a male or female character. Both characters are variously armed with bladed weapons, including a large jagged tri bladed weapon which is attached to the arm of the male character.

Combat, which happens frequently, between the characters always results in heads being decapitated, limbs being removed and torsos torn in half. This is all accompanied by large amounts of gushing blood. There is the occasional use of the word ‘fucking’ within the game.
