Rating issues

The game features sustained bloody violence in a 2D pixelated style. Shooting, stabbing or slicing characters always results in an exaggerated blood effect, as they gurgle and fall down. Enemies may also be decapitated by gunfire, while grenades blow them into bloody chunks. The game also features strong language, with frequent use of the word ‘fuck’.
