The game includes a narrative driven story line, which gives rise to the use of mild swearing / offensive language: notably damn, bitch, crap, shit, bastard, piss and ass.

Although there is no gallery of images, there are a number of occasions in the game when still images are used in which female characters either use sexual innuendo or adopt poses that are considered to be sexual posturing. These include characters wearing skimpy underwear and posing wide legged, providing a view of the crotch; female characters in an embrace in which one is being hugged with her face crushed up against another female characters right breast; bathing scene in which a number of female characters are seen in a large bath, appropriately placed steam masked the breasts and genitals of the characters.

Turn based combat follows the usual tenant for this genre of game. When a human character is attacked by a fantasy character, light flashes and a decreasing hit point score are evident, there is a slight physical reaction to the violence and vocal cries from the victim.
