The game features heavily pixelated human characters. Every so often, your character may have to shoot one of the other survivors who has become ill or infected; they will fall to the ground with a pink blood effect. Mild swearing is featured infrequently, for instance: ‘The world has gone to shit… these zombie bastards’.
